Hampi - Hampi in Karnataka is a small heritage town with a magnificent past for it holds the ruins of the fabulous Vijayanagar Empire, one of India's most powerful Hindu empires. Hampi today is an impressive rock strewn landscape, with abandoned markets, grand temples and long-forgotten stables. It is declared as A World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is one of the most beautiful towns in Karnataka.

Badami - Badami, located in the Bagalkot district of North Karnataka, was the capital of the Chalukya Dynasty. It is famous for rock cut and other structural temples and is located in a ravine at the foot of a rugged, red sandstone outcrop that surrounds Agastya lake.

Hampi- Shopping in Hampi is all about buying from the local Hampi Bazaar also known as Virupaksha Bazaar.
