The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra & Rajasthan on a map. Tour starts with the capital city of India & the home of executive, legislative, & judiciary branches of the Government that is New Delhi. We will move to our next destionation is Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal, in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh & lastly will explore the desert landscapes of Rajasthan, Jaipur also known as the Pink City.

By Air

By Rail

The railway network connects Delhi to the all major and, nearly, all the minor destinations in India. The three important railway stations of Delhi are New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station.

By Road

Delhi is well connected, by a network of roads and national highways, with all the major cities in India. The three major bus stands in Delhi are Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) at Kashmiri Gate, Sarai Kale-Khan Bus Terminus and Anand Vihar Bus Terminus. Both the government and private transport providers provide frequent bus services.

On arrival at Delhi Airport / Railway Station you will be greeted by our local representative who will transfer you to the hotel. The remaining time is at your leisure. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 2
Delhi Sightseeing

After Breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat, drive past Jama Masjid & the Red Fort. Time permitting, stop at Chandni Chowk market. In the afternoon visit Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate & the Lotus Temple. During your tour, drive past the President's House, Parliament House & the Government Secretarial Building. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Delhi - Agra (Approx 204 Kms / 5 Hours)

From Delhi, drive to Agra, the historical and romantic city. Enroute visit Sikandara - the mausoleum of Emperor Akbar. Later proceed to Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz. Continue the tour visiting the Agra Fort containing the Royal residential palaces, the Halls of Public & Private Audience & beautiful gardens. Overnight stay at Agra.

Agra - Jaipur (Approx 232 Kms / 5 Hours)

After Breakfast, the morning will be at your Leisure. Later, Check-out of the hotel & proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival at Jaipur, check-in to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this vibrant and colourful city. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Jaipur City Tour

After Breakfast, you will proceed to Amber, the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha Rajputs. Pay directly for your Elephant Ride or for the Jeep Ride up to the fort. Enroute enjoy a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal - the palace of wind. Also visit the City Palace & the apartment housing museums with an array of textiles, costumes, arms, weapons and paintings and finally visit Jantar-Mantar, the observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh-II. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Depart Jaipur / Delhi Airport / Railway Station

After Breakfast, the morning will be at your Leisure. Later, check out of the hotel & you will be transferred to the Delhi / Jaipur Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
