All booking made for travel products such as but not limited to; Tours, Packages, Hotel Bookings, Accommodations, Activities among others have their own Individual Cancellations Conditions Listed and Terms & Condition Mentioned. It is the responsibility of the User to read, understand and approve of all such charges and terms & conditions before confirming the booking and making the payment. In addition to the Cancellation Conditions that may be applicable to Users Respective booking, an additional Cancellation condition/s may be applicable on Holidaymine.com, its affiliates and other service providers. Any Charges that may arise due to non adherence of the cancellation clause will be responsibility of our Users. 

Cancellation Limitations

At times we run special promotions, discounted group offers, limited period rates, advance booking price and so on – these rates and package come with limitation of very strict, limited or at times no cancellation clause. While as users are informed about the same when selecting the particular product or package, we would like to inform that such Travel Booking may have no Cancellation policy and we are limited by the terms of  booking and as such will not be able to entertain any cancellation.

Cancellation Charges & Refund Policy

  • For any cancellation User must get in touch with Holidaymine.com team via e-mail ([email protected]) or via its Customer Care Centre.
  • We request our guests not to call the hotels or other Suppliers directly for any reservation change or cancellations. The Hotel or Travel suppliers can't make changes to or process refunds for these specially-negotiated rates.
  • In addition to the Cancellation Policy mentioned specific to each booking Holidaymine.com will not charge any additional cancellation fees towards any of the processing charges for such cancellations.
  • Subjected to in time confirmation of Cancellation and/or successful completion of the refund formalities Holidaymine.com will promptly issue the refund.
  • All Payments will be refunded to the same Bank Account, Credit or Debit Card which was used at the time of booking, for all the payment received using Credit or Debit cards there might be additional charge of transaction fee which the respective bank might levy, Holidaymine.com is not responsible for any such charges.
